It’s November, cold and grey here in Sweden so we’re glad we just got this months mix/chart from Belgian duo Aeroplane which transports us to warmer months.
Here’s a little treat for those of you that are lusting for more electro goodness, just in time for all the Halloween parties we give you the new track “Sbombers” from Congorock together with fellow Italians Crookers which is guaranteed to bring the house down.
We have another fun remix competition for you, this time it’s for Little Boots and her track “Earthquake”, which we’re presenting in association with BuggedOut. The details can be found in the picture above and the stems can be downloaded from the Soundcloud player below. Good luck!
Riva Starr just launched his own blog and he provides us with a spectacular first post in which he gives an unsuspecting internet his rework of that classic Solid Groove dance monster of a track “This Is Sick”. Watch out for Rivas upcoming album “If life givess you lemons, make lemonade” which will be released soon.
Fans of smooth French electropopsters AIR should be happy about this. The duo is back with a new album, it’s their fifth and it’s called “Love 2″. The album was produced entirely by themselves and will be released on October 6th. Here’s a minimix to promote the release.
After posting the superb Raph summer mix last week, we can now give you a break off track from the mix which is his very own “Africa” remix of the track “Tivoli” by Swedish superstar dj/producer Steve Angello.
“2009. RAPH, the choosen one, the sacred child from Liege’s Tibet, appeared. The 21 years-old boy already earned the trust and respect of his elders the great sages from Forma.T and Partyharders, through which he enchained the parties alongside masters like the great Laidback Luke or also the Atlanta rap dealer lover Brodinski. Springtime he released 2 mixtapes which were quickly approved by Solo, Riva Starr, Harvard Bass but also Teki Latex, the guru of Sound Pellegrino, small-brother label of Institubes. There are many stories that show his potential and his multiple influences…Keep an eye on this young disciple before he exceeds his masters. (original french version by Teki Latex)”
Belgian young gun Raph is part of the MDD Party Crew out of Brussels and he just sent over his new mix (which includes his banging “Africa” remix of the Steve Angello track “Tivoli”) that encapsules most of the tracks that have been big this season. Not only is his track selection on point but his smooth style makes this mix a winner.
The German guys in So Shifty are back with some new heat. I love how more and more people from the dancehall scene are making the transaction over to more electronic stuff. I hope this is new beginning with Jamtech Foundation and now So Shifty. They sent over a couple of remixes this time, but I have heard some of their original tracks and they’re sounding good.
And if you are a fan of Sinden’s radio show you might have heard the “Warm Heart Of Africa” remix on his show last night.

Fredrik AKA DJ Nibc is originally from Gothenburg, Sweden but now resides in Berlin where he runs the Trunkfunk label. He just finished a long (2 hours 20 minutes) live mix that is basically a conclusion of his summer in Berlin. This mix is filled with good stuff such as three exclusive Trunkfunk tracks; among them a remix from Stuffa (on the same track there’s a remix from Berlin big shots Jesse Rose & Oliver $) and also a new track from Gothenburg trio The Touch.
