Our good friends in Mustard Pimp just signed to Dim Mak Records and are about to unleash their first single on the 22nd of September. Their first taste from the release will be given away for free on Monday on RCRD LBL, but since you guys been supporting them since day one we are able to feature the track here on Discobelle first.

Our extended family over in NYC, Plant Music, hands us another quality track from the recently released Sam Young “Peep This” EP, we already posted the remix from Steed Lord. Here’s the Lee Mortimer remix where Lee delivers a raved up dancefloor smash that fits nicely with Aphletiks vocals.

Baron from Mustard Pimp has his birthday today so what better way to celebrate it then to listen to Mustard Pimp’s latest mix? They also sent over two of their latest remixes to really get the party going.

You can expect alot from these guys in the near future. They got remixes coming of tracks by Steve Aoki, Steed Lord, Dada Life and Larry Tee + they are working on a big 4 track EP coming this summer.

We have featured Sam Young here on Discobelle frequently. So now that he’s releasing an EP on Plant Music, we are of course on it. The release that also features MC Aphletik was originally made in 2005 but is now re-released on Plant Music with remixes from Lee Mortimer, Steed Lord, Karoshi & DC Joseph and Beatnik has been out on iTunes since May 15th. This wobbly bass and jacking housefilled remix of Steed Lord track “It’s What U Do 2 Me” done by London producer and Cheap Thrills affiliate Jack Beats has already made the rounds but since it’s pretty much essential, we decided to drop it here on Discobelle aswell. Steed Lord are finally about to release their debut album “Truth Serum”, actually it’s released in Iceland today but the rest of us will just have to wait a few weeks longer. They have fully recovered from the nasty car crash that they were involved in a while back and they’re heading to the US this weekend for a tour.
