Legotastic video for the new The Glass single “Wanna Be Dancin” (released on Plant Music, this is their first new single in over a year. It features remixes by among others Nadastrom and Eli Escobar), directed by Adamish.

Rolling into a new week which will take us to Paris, Berlin and then next week we’re off to the US for SXSW and later on WMC.

As you can tell it’s busy days here at Discobelle HQ but it’s good thing we have this excellent mix by Dominique Keegan (AKA All Dom Wrong, founder of Plant Music and ½ of NYC/Berlin duo The Glass) to keep us company. The mix features many upcoming unreleased Plant Music tracks including the new single by The Glass (with a Nadastrom remix), new tracks from Clubfeet, a Sam Young track (in the form of a remix by Lee Mortimer) and lots more.

Plant Music once again gives us some hot remixes of the Tittsworth featuring rappers Kid Sister & Pase Rock track “WTF” (hope you all picked up the killer Nadastrom remix we posted a while back).

The first remixes comes from UK duo Deekline & Ed Solo and they’re on some breakbeat + 4/4 tip. The second remix is delivered by DJ Wool (of The Glass fame), it’s described as: “housey and super happy”.

DJ Wool, one part of The Glass, got a solo release coming up this Friday on Pale Music called “DJ Wool – Gangsters & Models”. It features remixes from Cobra Krames and The Scandals.

To promote his release he is giving another track away to us loyal fans of The Glass and DJ Wool, the track is called “The Star of East Berlin” and features remixes by Rampa (Terranova), All Dom Wrong (Dominique from The Glass) and Mike Dextro (fakebeat.com).

And just for the fun of it he throws us the Krames remix of “Gangsters & Models” too, get the original plus The Scandals mix from Beatport from September 5th.

Tittsworth been busy in the studio and now it’s time to unleash his efforts. Plant Music is proud to announce the release of the Tittsworth “12 Steps” album in August 2008. We kick off proceedings with a 12″ on Plant/Money Studies & digital release of “Broke Ass N*gga” (probably one of the funniest vocals since the Humpty Dance) in May. The 12″ contains the original version, and amazing DJ Assault remix (which is now also the actual album version), his instrumental, a dub remix by The Glass and an accapella. The Glass just released the “Mad At You” single this week, it features remixes by Hot Pink Delorean, Arveene & Misk, Supertroels + a 12″ extended mix. The boys also just hit us off with another one of their fine mixes to promote their upcoming gigs this weekend in Europe. Bostons own Hot Pink Delorean brings us a slow electroburner of a remix that starts out dark and moody and then picks up towards the end.

DJ Wool, one half of The Glass, is a busy man. He’s got a 12″ called “Gangsters & Models” coming out on Pale Music with remixes from DJ Krames and The Scandals. He has also been in the studio for 3 months mixing Tittsworth‘s debut album. On top of that he is packing up all his stuff and moving to Berlin for a while. But before his turntables got stuffed away for the move he made this mix to say goodbye to Brooklyn.

In Berlin he will be remixing the new The Glass album and doing DJ-gigs around Europe.
