Jamtech Foundation

Big day today with the release of Jamtech Foundation‘s new album on their own label Mad Viking. “V-Rocket” – alongside the new Toddla T album – is clearly in the run for album of the year. You should get your copy of the album today at iTunes or Beatport.

If you are in Stockholm tonight you should go to their release party at Berns 2.35:1. Doors open at 23.00.

Still not convinced, then we got a track from the album to change your mind.

Vagabond vs. Toddla T

Beatmaker Toddla T was in Malmö this past weekend for a sweaty show at The Rumble. Here’s his latest remix where he brings some of his grimed up Sheffield bashment sound to the debut single “Sweat Until The Morning” from Vagabond.

Oneman mix

Fredrik of The Rumble put together a smashing party this weekend with a UK takeover courtesy of Toddla T, Martelo and also Oneman. Oneman seemed to have slipped under our radar but he delivered big time with his fantastic set of dubstep, grime, funky house, etc. For those that missed the fun, you can grab the livemix and start wilding out.

Filthy Dukes – This Rhythm (video) + remix

New video from London electro trio Filthy Dukes, “This Rhythm” features additional vocals from Samuel Dust (Late Of The Pier) and will drop on March 9th with remixes from Fred Falke, Emperor Machine, Toddla T and Filthy Dukes’ own Kill Em All version. It preceeds their debut album “Nonsense In The Dark” which comes out March 16th.

We don’t have the actual single track but here’s a recent darkish remix that Filthy Dukes did for the track “Illusions” from Heloise & The Savoir Faire.

Toddla T – Fabric 9th birthday mix

It’s the 9th birthday at Fabric, biggest club in London, this weekend. To celebrate the occasion, Sheffield producer extraordinaire Toddla T has done an exclusive birthday mix. It’s pretty sweet so check it!

Ghislain Poirier (ft. MC Zulu) – Go Ballistic (Toddla T & Duckbeats Remix)

Canadian bass champion Ghislain Poirier joins forces with Chicago ragga vocalist MC Zulu and rising UK producer Toddla T for a bouncy remix of the track “Go Ballistic” and this will most definetely make you get hype (we’re already dancing around the office). The “Go Ballistic” single that include also remixes by King Cannibal and Tony-O will be released before the end of August.

Little Dragon (Toddla T remix)

We haven’t actually heard of Swedish electropop quartet Little Dragon before but Toddla T is another story. On this remix, he once again brings heat with his Sheffield tinged electro/dancehall sound. This is a bit slower and maybe not as hard hitting as his previous efforts but still pretty sweet with its wobbly bassline.
