Our Finnish brothers released their annual summer mix and it’s huge. Especially nice to see that they picked up the Woo Banger remix of the Legobeat track “Dog, Owl, Bag”!

Sharkslayer also remixed this mighty track from one of the coolest dudes around Egyptrixx. He is coming to Malmö on friday and this is a nice little something to get you going! Sharkslayer constantly evolves and pushes their limits another step. We get a Discobelle VIP mix that is both epic, funky and ravey.

The Phantom – Mix for Smuts and Discobelle

Last week we posted about this new interesting funky compilation that Top Billin is releasing and posted a mix from the talanted DJ Phantom. Tomorrow the same guy packs his recordbag and takes the dangerous journey across the Baltic sea to play the friendliest party in Malmötown. More info about the season finale of Smuts on facebook.

The Phantom instantly recorded a mix to make us happy and in a funky spirit and even you if you can’t attend the event the mix is a killer perfectly suited for your local bar, private villa or classy office. It gives you an even better insight to this polish guys influences and taste.

Top Billin – Poland Funky Compilation

UK Funky is going global in a way UK Garage never did. Fused with carribean flavours, township funk, fidgety bassline house, B-more club and everything in between this style brings something for everyone. A couple of djs in Poland changed their focus from Dj’ing to producing and Top Billin picked it up, wrapped it in a super package and released it as a mini compilation. Artists on the comp. were all new to me and that gives the release an extra flavour. Track list for the comp is: The Phantom – Cambodia, Spox – Free Voices, Tears -No Way Out, Zeppy Zep – Sierra and Vanatoski – The Accordion.

Diamond K & Al Ripken Jr – Hands In The Air (Cobra Krames remix)

I wanna scream BALTIMORE!!!, In my heart my second home. Long time has passed without some proper B-more here on Discobelle but now Diamond K and Al Ripken Jr gets our “Hands Up In the Air” once more! Whos running this club? Probably Top Billin with this new release “Hands In The Air EP” and as always they bring out the big guns. Reloading this time is Night Slugs own big boss Bok Bok, Montreal’s beat wonderboy Lunice and Finnish dubstep champ Tes La Rok, under his more funky alias Trusta, is flipping the B-side “Single Ladies Single Fellas”. Finally we got our Awesome Agency colleague Cobra Krames and we got his remix for free download below and it gives the original a somewhat more caribbean feel.
