Enigmatic Swedish producer TORN continues to impress us – today he shares a new original single “Night Hawk,” a track with heavy throwback vibes and a killer guitar line. We have become accustomed to TORN’s remixes and the way he uses vocals to devastating effect, but this instrumental track showcases the musical genius behind the productions. What a fine way to kick off 2015. Be sure to grab the free download of “Night Hawk” below!

TORN’s continues his hot streak with his latest remix of Seinabo Sey’s hit “Younger.” Both artists reside in Stockholm and we’re starting to wonder if there might be something in the water. This remix has elements of soul, electro, and rock, and is a song that will appeal to multiple genre camps. We hear there’s talks of an album on the way, but in the meantime, savor this amazing remix.

I first fell in love with Quadron in 2010 when I heard their single “Slippin,” and then I had the opportunity to see her perform the song live at SXSW and I was hooked. Over the years, the Danish duo could probably be credited with the resurgence of British neo-soul and inspired contemporaries like Jessie Ware, or at least that’s what I’d like to think.

Today Quadron is back on my radar after producer TORN shared a new remix of their track “Hey Love” from Quadron’s 2013 album “Avalanche.” The remix twists and turns, using Coco O’s vocals to a devastating effect.
