Nina Las Vegas should be considered a staple within the Australian dance music scene, she just announced that she’s stepping down from her job as a host at premier radio station Triple J in order to focus on new a endavour – her own label NLV Records which has already signed four top artists namely Melbourne house authority Lewis Cancut, genre magician DJ/producer Swick, club pioneer Air Max ’97 and grime extraordinaire Strict Face.

To celebrate the label launch and give audiences a taster of what’s to come, Nina is giving away one track from each of the artists over the next 4 weeks. First through the gates we get the bumping and buzzing synth number “Systems” from Lewis Cancut.

Piu Piu (given name Giulietta Canzani Mora) is a dj/vocalist/songwriter based in Paris where she’s been tearing up clubs since 2011 with her love for heavy beats such as Chicago house, ghetto tech, hip hop, techno, juke etc. She’s a member of the prolific Girls Girls Girls collective and has worked closely with outlets such as premier Parisian labels Kitsuné and Youngunz, recording mixes for radio stations Radio Nova and Triple J and also worked with big fashion labels.

We here at Discobelle are extremely proud to welcome Piu Piu to our exclusive mix series and this fine mix weaves effortlessly between harder beats, r’n’b, to a ghetto tech medley of epic proportions and then ending with the one and only Kellz.
