Little Jinder – Without You (video)

Another Discobelle exclusive, here we have the premiere of the video for the splendid new single “Without You” (produced by Trouble & Bass label head Drop The Lime) from Swedish songbird Little Jinder. This sinister and monstrous track features Josephine Jinder’s angelic vocals weaving in and out of a tapestry of dubstep and jungle-influenced flavors.

Kingdom – Uptown Buck

A new Scion collaboration with Trouble & Bass has produced this new “Sound of NYC” imprint, featuring contributions from Cubic Zirconia, Drop The Lime, Hussle Club, and this cut up club masterpiece by Kingdom, which merges the club rave and hip hop influences together in a chirpring, stutter step inducing package.

Also, Kingdom’s new collaboration with Girl Unit on Night Slugs white label vinyl series drops this Thursday and includes a pitched up re-imagining of Ciara’s “Ride” which will haunt your dreams for a while, most likely.

Drop The Lime – Bourbon Blitz

We imagine that this exactly what would be blasting out of the jukebox when we’re blitzed out on bourbon at a speakeasy, Drop The Lime with his contribution to the forthcoming Scion A/V EP, “Trouble & Bass: Sounds of NYC”. Download “Bourbon Blitz” via the widget below.

New Samo Sound Boy EP on Trouble & Bass

Lover of bootleg t-shirts Samo Sound Boy is following up his debut on Palms Out Sounds with an EP on Trouble & Bass that harkens back to some rave fundamentals.

“Burning and Stealing” feels like the champion of the EP, full of measured kick, soulful vocals rising up with a sizzling soca drum pattern lined behind it. “Rattlesnake” makes you feel like your brain is intercepting SOS signals from some spacecraft orbiting around the planet sending out squealching rave stabs.

Stream them both below, and read up on the Mixpak interview with Samo if you haven’t yet.

Samo Sound Boy – Heavy Bass Champions of the World Vol. XIII by Trouble & Bass

Klipar – Imperial March (video)

Now it’s official: It can be fun on the dark side. You just gotta turn on the disco lights.

No Brainer Records’ third release sees Klipar, who is one half of Zombies For Money (Trouble & Bass), push the Vader to the floor. The package gets rounded off with remixes by Myd (Club Cheval), Gingy (This Is Music), Lewis CanCut (Scattermusic) and Sharkslayer (Top Billin).

Go get it on Beatport.
