Tenderoni

Kele Okereke is the frontman of Bloc Party and he just released his first solo album “The Boxer” (production duties coming from Hudson Mohawke and XXXChange) last week which was preceeded by the single “Tenderoni” in early June.

We have the remix from Canadian power duo Jokers Of The Scene (btw, happy belated Canada day you guys!) which doesn’t go as hard as their previous tracks but keeps the focus on a more minimal and melodic sound with fistpumping breaks – although they still keep it dark and moody – showing that they’ve spent alot of time in Berlin.

Devlin & XXXChange – Triple J Mix

“ATL RMX” is the latest compilation from the Adult Swim network, it features remixes of tracks done by a wide variety of Atlanta rappers such as Young Jeezy, Gucci Mane, Cee-Lo, OJ Da Juiceman, Young Dro, Pill, Playboy Tre etc. The remixes comes from the likes of HEALTH, Flying Lotus, Mad Decent, XXXChange, Memory Tapes, Salem, Dam-Funk, Starkey, Drums Of Death and a bunch of others. One of our favorite dj’s/producers, New York disco producer Eli Escobar, just released his first original release “Glass House” and it’s been creating quite a stir over the past month with support from a variety of dj’s such as Sinden, Nick Catchdubs, Malente and many many more. Eli Escobar is of course already well known for his many amazing remixes which Plant Music will be compiling into a remix album for release later this year. This tasty remix comes courtesy of XXXChange who should be no stranger for the frequent Discobelle reader.
