Lil Silva refix

British producer Lil Silva just dropped this on Twitter, it’s his chopped up, funky and tongue in cheek refix of the massive hit track “We No Speak Americano”.

Yolanda Be Cool – We No Speak Americano (Lil Silva refix) (Sendspace)

PS. Lil Silva will be in Malmö next month together with Bok Bok for a big show at the Lights Out club night at Babel.

Le Cheval

Le Cheval is apparently the product of Brazilian producer DJ Chernobyl fusing elements of the tango sounds of Southern Brazil with house and cumbia. It’s also the name of Chernobyl’s recent release on German label Exploited Records (run by Shir Khan). One thing is certain, this is funky and danceable to the max. Check the remix from charttopping Australian duo Yolanda Be Cool below and get ready to shake your booty.

Fortune Cookie

Australian duo Yolanda Be Cool have been kicking up a storm all summer with their European hit track “We No Speak Americano” but before all of his happened, they did this remix of the Nhan Solo track “Fortune Cookie” which packs a similar funky and tropical punch but lacking a cheeky vocal sample.

Yolanda Be Cool (ft. DCUP) – We No Speak Americano (video)

Summer smash from the Yolanda Be Cool boys. Catch them throughout Europe this month.

Yolanda Be Cool – Afro Nuts (Douster remix)

Sweat It Out proudly presents their latest effort, “Afro Nuts” which is Hollywood duo Yolanda Be Cool’s ode to what they like to call party tech. On the flipside there’s remixes from Douster, Edu K and DCUP. We can proudly present you with the Douster remix – the French house producer residing in Buenos Aires has gone from strength to strength with his remixes and releases on labels such as new hot shot Sound Pellegrino. This remix is on that jacking tropical and funky tip with some ravey whistles thrown in for good measure, we played it out friday and it feels like it’s hellbent on making you get down.
